Cancellation Policy
We are always thankful when you book with us, and we ask that you value our precious time as well. We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We do understand that sometimes the unexpected happens, so please do communicate with us by phone, or by text, as we do consider rescheduling and cancellations on a case to case basis, especially when you are feeling ill.
We do not require a deposit when booking with us, but anyone who has a history of a “no call, no-show” beginning October 2020, will be required a $50 deposit when booking an appointment with us in the future, which will be applied to your treatment fee.
* This deposit requirement shall be removed after coming in timely for 2 treatments.
* We understand the unexpected happens, and especially in this unusual time. In case of another missed appointment, your $50 shall remain in your account as deposit until you come in and use it towards your treatment fee. You do not loose your $50.
Appointment Policy
Please arrive to your appointment in a timely manner. We do try to space out all our appointments to have enough time to disinfect each room after every client.
Respecting Others
We are always welcoming to any client who walks into our treatment rooms and aims to provide the same excellent client experience to all. We highly respect and value each client as an individual and we also expect you to treat us the same.
No bargaining please, this is very uncomfortable to everyone concerned, especially with the clinical staff.
Refusal of Service
We are always thankful to all clients who choose us, but those not respectful of our employees, or our policies may be asked to modify their behavior or leave the medspa as we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this policy. This include phone demeanor as well. Violation of this policy may also result in immediate discharge from our facility and refusal of future bookings.
Promotions Policy
Groupon, Living Social and First time clients offers are one time use per client only. We are committed to provide the best value to our clients and we need everyone’s cooperation to be able to continue to do so.
Refund Policy
We make an effort for each and every client to be highly satisfied with their treatments. Please know we do NOT offer refunds, and all sales are final. Please reach out to us for any concerns, clarifications, or questions.
We offer free consultations, and we ask you to take the time to ask questions. We do want you to feel excited of the possibilities of what our treatments can do for you.
