What to Expect from Dysport

Dysport treatments are provided in one of our treatment rooms following your initial consultation with one of our expert injectors. Most treatments take an average of 15 – 30 minutes. After the treatment areas have been cleaned and identified, your Dysport injections will be applied across the forehead and brow area, followed by a cold pack to prevent bruising and swelling.

Following a Dysport treatment, you will probably see mild swelling and redness at and around the injection sites, but this should dissipate on its own within several days. We recommend that you sleep propped up for the first night and continue to use a cool pack as needed. Improvements are often visible in a few days as the appearance of your frown lines is minimized to create a softer, youthful appearance. These outcomes generally last for about 3 – 4 months.
